What's New in StudentHub Employer App – May 2024

New Features and Improvements

1- Request Candidate Store Transfer

• We are excited to announce a new feature in our system that allows you to request the transfer of candidates to different stores seamlessly. This enhancement is designed to make the process of transferring candidates more efficient and faster, providing you with a smoother and more convenient experience.

  • How to Use: In the Employer app, go to Assigned Staff, select the candidate (3 dots), and choose Change Store.

2- Request Candidate Removal

• You can now request to unassign/remove a candidate from a store directly through the Employer App. This update will help StudentHub keep better track of when a candidate stops working, ensuring our information is always up-to-date and accurate.

  • How to Use: In the Employer app, go to Assigned Staff, select the candidate (3 dots), and choose Request Un-assign.

    

    

3- Employer Request Cancellation

• Employers can now cancel requests to change the store assignment of a candidate.
• Employers can also cancel requests to remove a candidate from a specific store.
• This feature allows employers to undo any unwanted changes, enhancing the flexibility and user experience within the app.

4- Improved Request Detail Page

• The Request Detail page has a brand-new user interface. Information is now displayed in organized tabs and segments, making navigation easier and more intuitive.

5- Define Required Skills in Requests

• When creating a request, you can now specify the required skills in the request form. This enhancement allows for more precise matching of candidates to your needs, ensuring you find the best fit for your team.
• For example, if you're looking for a candidate with specific technical skills or sales experience, you can now detail these requirements upfront. This not only saves time but also increases the likelihood of finding highly qualified candidates who meet your exact criteria, leading to a more efficient and effective hiring process.
  • How to Use: In the Employer App, click the "Create Request" button, then scroll down, and you will see a section to fill out the required skills.
